Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many government records, and Missouri Case.net gives public access to many circuit-court case entries. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Circuit Clerk handles Douglas County Circuit Court records, including felony, misdemeanor, civil, family, probate, traffic, and associate-circuit files. The Recorder of Deeds handles recorded instruments and marriage-license records. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and warrant questions. Add the Missouri Department of Revenue, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Missouri DOC, and Missouri State Archives, and the picture gets crowded fast. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
